Shipping policy


The order handling time is about 1-2 business days. All orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (except weekends and holidays). If there are uncontrollable factors such as a surge in orders or problems with express delivery, delivery delays may result. In rare cases, if you have not received the product for more than 20 days, please contact and we will handle it for you immediately.


Free shipping is available in the United State and Europe area for orders. We have paid the duties in full, and all countries/regions are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that customs or express delivery requires you to charge extra during the import, please contact our customer service team for advice on this matter.

The countries we currently ship to: United States (except Hawaii, Alaska) and  Europe. We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses. You need to fill in your real residential address. Tips: Please confirm your shipping address before completing the order. If you need to modify the delivery address due to special circumstances, please send an email to our customer service mailbox within 48 hours after payment, and our customer service staff will follow up in time.


We will use UPS, USPS, DHL and Yun Express for transportation. During the transportation, we provide insurance for each purchase until it is delivered to you. If your package cannot be delivered, UPS will return the package to the postal address and retry delivery on the next day (except weekends). If no one is home at the time of delivery, don't worry-you can request that your package be delivered to your local UPS access point. UPS will leave you with a card detailing the location of your UPS access point. If you makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the package will no longer be insured. If the package is lost or stolen, we will no longer be liable for the package.


After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking details so that you can check the status of your order. There may be a 48-hour delay in tracking information. If for any reason you do not receive this information, please send an email to and we will update you on the progress of your order. You can also click here to check your logistics information.


If you find any damage to the package when you sign for it, please send an email to as soon as possible, attach your order number and product condition picture, and then refuse to accept the package. We will deal with these issues according to your specific situation.
